At Yolo Game Studio, we are looking for dedicated Game Designers who will improve themselves every day and spread their positive energy around. You’ll be responsible for Game Design Management of casual games while working remotely with the team which promotes open communication and discussion.

What you’ll be doing
• Working on engaging and exciting game designs
• Define, describe and document game design features
• Contribute to the handling, gameplay and mechanics setup
• Build engaging, exciting, innovative features based on data and proven metrics
• Participate in overall production of a game including game design, concept design, UI, UX, development, iteration, gameplay testing, etc.
• Monitor market dynamics and emerging games
• Fine tune game balance, game pacing and the overall experience of the game

Desired Skills and Experience
• Degree in the related field
• A good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail
• Able to help coordinate and follow up the team in the implementation of the game design elements
• A good mind for mathematical, analytical, and logical problem-solving
• Good understanding of monetization and design of game economics
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of proficiency in English
