At Yolo Game Studio, we are looking for dedicated Growth Managers who will improve themselves every day and spread their positive energy around. You’ll be responsible for User Acquisition and Monetization of casual games while working remotely with the team which promotes open communication and discussion.
What you’ll be doing
• Take part in defining the overall UA strategy for new and existing games to maximize its growth and profitably
• Campaign management/analysis, including optimization and monitoring of campaigns, budget allocation, leading A/B tests, identifying new channels, analysis
• Optimize monetization strategies, creatives, targeting, bids & budgets to drive campaign goals and highest ROI
• Managing the relationships with internal and external stakeholders UA and monetization partners
• Constantly conducting marketing researches to be up to date
Desired Skills and Experience
• Degree in the related field
• Previous working experience in mobile games or app UA & monetization
• Good command of user acquisition platforms (FB Ads, Google Adwords, Ad networks etc)
• Good command of monetization / mediation platforms
• A growth and creative mindset
• High level of proficiency in English
